Shipping & Returns

This page outlines our standard shipping and return practices for research-only products.

Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Certain materials may require additional verification of research use and may take longer to ship. All shipments are FOB shipping point.

Restricted Destinations

Mon Élan reserves the right to refuse shipment to locations where the shipment, possession, or use of such materials is controlled or prohibited.

Returns

Because our products are intended for laboratory research use only, all sales are generally considered final. Returns may be accepted solely at the discretion of Mon Élan if there is evidence of shipping damage or product error.

Reporting Issues

Any issues with shipment or product condition must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, including order number, lot/batch (if applicable), and photos.
